What is e-Voting?

eVoting – A Smartphone enabled workflow process application that authorizes Shareholders to participate in Annual General Meetings.The eVoting mobile application - ADX-eVoting™ © 2021 - allows shareholders to attend meetings without presenting themselves at the on-site registration desk. Shareholders can use the ADX-eVoting™ © 2021 mobile application (to register and vote) regardless of being at the venue or at a remote site on-line to participate in the AGM / EGM.
Who is helped by this application?

Shareholders who wish to register and vote (at the venue) using their Smartphone, as well as Shareholders who cannot physically attend the meeting, or want to pre-register before the event will benefit greatly.
Legitimacy?

The use of this application is sanctioned by ADX and the regulatory bodies governing such activities.Care is taken to authenticate Shareholders (online and at the venue) and hence Shareholders need to have their contact details (especially their mobile number and email address) updated with ADX. From the start of pre-registration; all communications from ADX-eVoting™ © 2021 to the Shareholder’s email or mobile phone number.
